So many people make excuses for why they can’t workout, go to the gym, or participate in any kind of fitness. And, many others give up after the first few months because it’s too hard. With obesity at an all-time high, NOW is the time to take control of both your health and body. Arthur Boorman didn’t make excuses, and just accept his situation.
